Do you pour new concrete or build new driveways?

No — and that's intentional. Streamline Solutions only protects and upgrades existing concrete and pavers. We don't pour slabs, driveways, foundations, or sidewalks. If your concrete is sound, we'll make it last for decades.

Question 2

How long does a coated floor last in Montana?

Accepted Answer

With proper diamond-grind prep and a UV-stable system, expect 15–20+ years on a residential garage. Our prep process is what protects that lifespan.

Question 3

Will the coating crack or peel in our freeze-thaw winters?

Accepted Answer

Not when it's installed right. Because the surface is sealed and continuous, meltwater can't get into the slab to freeze and lift the coating. Peeling almost always traces back to skipped prep.

How long does the install take?

Accepted Answer

Most residential garage floors are done in a single day with polyaspartic. You can usually walk on it that evening and park on it within 24–48 hours.

Do you serve Evergreen, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Evergreen borders Kalispell and is effectively home turf, and we're in Whitefish and Columbia Falls regularly. Each has its own page with local details, and scheduling works the same valley-wide: we come to you, assess the surface, and send a written quote.

Is fall too late to seal a driveway in Kalispell?

Sometimes, but not always. Sealers need the slab clean, dry, and inside the product's temperature window before and after application, and Kalispell's shoulder season can close that window fast. If conditions still work, sealing before winter is worth it; if they don't, we'll say so and book you for the next proper window instead of rushing a bad application.

What does road salt and deicer actually do to my driveway?

Salt and deicer keep moisture moving in and out of the concrete surface and accelerate the freeze-thaw damage Kalispell slabs already face. Tire paths, garage aprons, and low spots where slush sits take it worst. A penetrating sealer reduces how much of that salty moisture the slab absorbs in the first place.

My garage slab is older and cracked — can it still be coated?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Many older Kalispell garages — including homes from the '70s and '80s around Woodland Park and the East side — coat beautifully after diamond grinding and crack repair. If a slab is too far gone for a coating to perform, we'll tell you what repair needs to happen first rather than coating over a problem.

Do you coat commercial floors in Kalispell?

Yes. Shops, service bays, warehouses, and showrooms are a core part of what we do, including the commercial corridors along US 2 and US 93 — and commercial work extends to Missoula. Commercial systems are specced differently than residential garages: thicker builds, line striping, and cure schedules that respect your operating hours.

Can you coat over a floor that was painted with a DIY kit?

Accepted Answer

Usually, but the old coating has to come off first. Box-store paint and thin epoxy kits fail in Montana garages because they sit on the surface, and a new coating over failing paint fails with it. We grind back to sound concrete and rebuild from there.

What's the difference between coating a floor and sealing a driveway?

Accepted Answer

A coating is a built-up protective layer — polyaspartic or epoxy with flake — used indoors on garage, shop, and basement floors. Driveway sealing usually means a penetrating sealer that soaks into exterior concrete to repel water and salt without changing the look. Different products, different jobs; we do both and will tell you which your surface actually needs.
